Laynie Bracewell has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing
from the College of William and Mary. She is responsible for general office administration
for the VLA Jackson office. Laynie is the point of contact for clients, contractors,
and consultants and assists VLA staff with project related tasks, including proposals
and entitlement applications. Laynie is responsible for all client billing and
overseeing payables. She enjoys hiking, skiing, camping and travel. (email)
