Kelly Bass is responsible for general office administration
for the VLA Jackson office. Kelly has lived in Jackson for over 15 years and has worked for the JH News and Guide and JH Chamber of Commerce. Kelly is the point of
contact for clients, contractors, and consultants. Kelly oversees billing, written project proposals, website maintenance and email marketing as well as assisting VLA staff with projects. Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Northwestern College in Iowa. She enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and reading. (email)
